What this covers
This policy covers the Platinum Edge Tutoring CRM (crm.platinumedgetutoring.com) and the Platinum Edge Tutoring Gmail add-on. Both are internal tools for Platinum Edge Tutoring staff.
What the Gmail add-on reads
When a staff member opens the Platinum Edge Tutoring panel in Gmail, the add-on reads only the email currently open: the sender and recipient addresses, the subject, the date, and the message text. It does not read other messages and does not run unless the panel is open.
What it sends and stores
The sender's address is sent to our database to look up a matching school or contact. The email itself is sent and stored only when the staff member presses a button to save it to a record. Nothing is saved automatically. Data is stored in our Supabase database and is visible only to signed-in Platinum Edge Tutoring staff.
Sign-in
The add-on uses the Google account already signed in to Gmail. No separate password is created or stored, and access can be removed at any time from the Google account permissions page.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, share it for advertising, use it to train models, or let anyone outside Platinum Edge Tutoring read it, except the service providers that host our systems (Supabase, Vercel, Google).

Qué lee el complemento de Gmail
Cuando un miembro del personal abre el panel de Platinum Edge Tutoring en Gmail, el complemento lee solo el correo que está abierto: las direcciones del remitente y los destinatarios, el asunto, la fecha y el texto del mensaje. No lee otros mensajes y no funciona si el panel está cerrado.
Qué envía y guarda
La dirección del remitente se envía a nuestra base de datos para buscar una escuela o un contacto que coincida. El correo se envía y se guarda solo cuando el miembro del personal presiona un botón para guardarlo en un registro. Nada se guarda automáticamente. Los datos se guardan en nuestra base de datos de Supabase y solo los ve el personal de Platinum Edge Tutoring con sesión iniciada.
Inicio de sesión
El complemento usa la cuenta de Google que ya tiene la sesión iniciada en Gmail. No se crea ni se guarda ninguna contraseña, y el acceso se puede quitar en cualquier momento desde la página de permisos de la cuenta de Google.
Lo que no hacemos
No vendemos datos, no los compartimos para publicidad, no los usamos para entrenar modelos y no permitimos que nadie fuera de Platinum Edge Tutoring los lea, salvo los proveedores que alojan nuestros sistemas (Supabase, Vercel, Google).
